• Threads to what is termed a "3/8 Male Flare" fitting.
• We use this fitting to close or "cap" the end of a gas pipe. If removing and appliance from your caravan you can safely block the end.
• No thread tape is recommended on the flare connection as it seats against the other taper. However thread paste or sealing liquid is never a bad idea.
• Made in Australia.
• Should be fitted by a suitably qualified person.
